The Appalachian Mountain Club Library & Archives is housed at the Club’s Boston headquarters. It contains a lot of material on Three Mile Island Camp, with camp records and photo albums dating back to 1900, including logbooks documenting the first AMC visits to the island. You can access the catalogue of sources in the Archives here: www.outdoors.org/library. The Library & Archives are open to the public by appointment. If you want to visit, contact the Archivist at firstname.lastname@example.org or 617.391.6629.
If you have historical materials related to Three Mile Island, we would love to add them to the library. They will be well cared for and available to future generations.
